Mission to Marsh is an initiative from Lower Saxony dedicated to preserving and restoring peatlands. Peatlands are unique ecosystems that effectively store CO2 and therefore play an important role in climate protection.

With the support of Planted, we determined our carbon footprint for the years 2023 and 2024. The Cologne-based company combines local climate action with a technology-driven software solution. As part of the calculation, we made a donation to a climate protection project in Chile comprising two onshore wind farms.

For more than 40 years, this international non-profit organization has been doing vital work to protect biodiversity and the marine ecosystems of our world's oceans. Sea Shepherd Germany is particularly committed to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea.
Through surfing and our close ties to Portugal, we have a deep connection to the sea. Protecting and preserving the oceans is therefore especially important to us.
